Results in: Bog or hesitation going into the secondaries, poor WOT performance. More common that secondaries that do not open fully are secondaries that open too far. Q-Jet secondary throttle plates should NOT open to the full vertical position or beyond.

If any sticking or binding occurs, The issue as to why it manifested itself at more than half full must have to do with more air in the system and less fuel surrounding the fittings. Not sure but it seems reasonable to assume from past performance that I may have had some hesitation even with more gas in the tank, just not as much as with the more than half full tank of gas.
The hesitation/stumble wasII described was alot like I am feeling but mine lasts more than a half second maype 1and a half, but then it really does seem to wake up around 3000RPM and it does pull really well. It doesnt sound like its missing. Have you got a manifold to fit it? If so, what type because the linkage you need will depend on whether its a banana type or straight. The choke will connect straight to your Skoda cable if you are using a banana manifold, but in all honesty I wouldnt bother you just burn tons of fuel and they have a habit of sticking on.
